Focusing on the fundamentals of all functional movements that help maintain a healthy, active and strong lifestyle. Push, Pull, Squat, Hinge, Lunge, Rotation, Walk and Run - we take you from the basics and help to progress you to the most advanced variations of these movements. From ages 15+, this class is for anyone who is just getting into their fitness journey to elite athletes looking for a great class to cross train. The Authentik Movement Community is one of a kind. The energy, positive atmosphere and relentless effort to push themselves is contagious - you will walk out feeling more capable than ever!
