This class helps prepare you for the sport of Obstacle Course Racing. This sport is very unique because there are so many different disciplines to be practiced. We prepare, train and fine tune all elements to crush your next OCR event. Developing key components of this incredible sport. Running mechanics, obstacle techniques, grip strength, explosive power, mobility, conditioning and cardiovascular endurance. Our programming is designed to simultaneously improve all aspects of your fitness. Ages 15+, this class is for anyone who is just getting into their fitness journey to elite athletes.
